The Different Types Of Airsoft Guns
If you’ve ever wanted to play grown-up cops and robbers, or pretend to be in the thick of battle, but without risk of true harm, consider the game of Airsoft. This uses Airsoft guns and other equipment to simulate battle or combat in a safe way. Airsoft was started in Japan. In Japan, the average person cannot legally obtain a firearm. Firearms are far more regulated there than in many places. Airsoft was an alternative, and besides it allowed for safe and fun combat. Airsoft has become very popular in East Asian countries as a result. In China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, for example, Airsoft is very popular. Airsoft is kind of like paintball, in that you are pretending to be in armed conflict and ‘shooting’ at the other side. But unlike paintball, Airsoft has no visible way to tell if your shot has hit someone. It’s very tricky to tell, because there’s no paint splatter or anything. You might not even know unless someone yelled because the hit hurt. Instead, you have to rely on players’ truthfulness. When a player is hit in this game, they are supposed to raise their gun and announce “hit!” Each team is allowed to have a medic, and the medic can revive the payer so they can go back to play. The rules about weapons being hit vary. If a weapon is hit, this counts as an extension of the player and it is like the player was hit. Sometimes this is managed differently if they have a secondary weapon. They may then be able to use the secondary weapon instead of the primary one. You can get Airsoft guns powered via electric, gas, or spring loading. Spring guns are usually cheap. If you get one that fires at a high FPS though, you can be looking at an expensive gun. The AEG, or electric, airsoft gun is battery powered and automatic. These are not all that powerful though. For the most effective play, get the most powerful gun. That would be a gas powered gun. Gasses that are used to power the guns include high pressure air (HPA), carbon dioxide, green or red gas, and propane. In addition to airsoft games, the writer additionally regularly blogs on outdoor heated dog bed and NFL blankets. categories: sports, fitness, exercise, happiness, motivational, reference, men’s issues, women, teens, self help, parenting, family, advice, recreation
